Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Scan2Tray. By creating an account or downloading the app, you agree to them.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login secure.
• One account per person. Teams can add multiple seats at no extra cost.
• You must be 18+ and authorised to agree to these Terms.

Pricing

• Scan2Tray has a free tier you can use without entering any payment details. Paid plans (Standard and Unlimited) are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.
• Current prices are shown on our Pricing page. If we change the price of a paid plan, we'll email you reasonable notice before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then. Cancellation and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use Scan2Tray to break the law, infringe IP, or abuse the Whatnot platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.

Uptime

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. Scan2Tray is designed to keep working offline — your packing flow won't stop because our servers hiccup.

Your data

You own your data. We just hold it to run the service. See our Privacy Policy.

Liability

Scan2Tray is provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you in-app or by email before material changes take effect.
