Scan2Tray has a free tier you can use without entering any payment details. Paid plans (Standard and Unlimited) are billed monthly in advance. This policy explains cancellation and refunds for those paid plans.
Cancelling a paid plan
You can cancel any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — you keep paid access until then and are not charged again. After that you return to the free tier; your data and account remain intact.
Refunds
Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable for the period already started, including partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, or there are exceptional circumstances, contact us and we'll review it in good faith.
