If within 30 days of your first paid month Scan2Tray isn't working for your business, email support@scan2tray.com and we'll refund you in full. No forms. No justification needed.

After 30 days

We don't pro-rate or refund partial months. Cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and then stops billing. No contract, no cancellation fees.

Free trial

The 14-day free trial doesn't require a card. Refunds don't apply to trials because you're not charged.
